There are several Tools which are commonly used in Housekeeping Department, here the listed Tools for basic knowledge :

A. Cleaning Tools

             2. Squirt top/Flip Top : This type of bottle top allows chemical to pour out, as you squeeze the  bottle.

3. Foamer head : This type of bottle top sprays out the chemical as a foam. It is designed to safeguard your health as the  user. Foamer heads are intended to reduce the fumes of a strong chemical and make breathing easier.

     DO NOT USE A CHEMICAL THAT REQUIRES A FOAMER HEAD WITHOUT ONE!!

4.  Broom :  An implement for sweeping consisting of a long handle to which is attached either a brush of straw, bristles, or twigs, bound together, or a solid head into which are set tufts of bristles or fibres

5.  Bucket : A deep, cylindrical vessel, usually of metal, plastic, or wood, with a flat bottom and a semicircular bail, for collecting, carrying, or holding water, sand, fruit, etc.; pail. Various Bucket Colors can be found around us, but usually in the hospitality industry Bucket color is for special purposes, eg; Red Color is for Cleaning Solution, Grey Color is for Rinsing and White Color is for Sanitizing.


7.  Caddy :

Is a tool to assist you to carry your daily work chemicals and tools. The caddy is to be cleaned daily after usage.
Food or personal items are not to be stored in your Caddy
